EHS Manager Bristol Permanent Up to £55,000 + benefits  We have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a EHS Manager at their site Bristol. The EHS Manager needs to be someone who has a hands-on approach and is keen on driving behavioural safety. The successful EHS Manager will be part of a team who are focused on transforming Health and Safety across the business, through managing change, developing procedures as well as promoting a safety-first culture. The EHS Manager will be responsible for: - Create, develop and implement the HSE strategy across the site - You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be - You will drive cultural change, bringing HSE to the forefront - Coaching, managing and developing senior stakeholders will be essential, for you to drive change and enable individuals and the business to be more proactive - Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally - Development and monitoring of HSE Management systems The EHS Manager Candidate will have: - Must have experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment - NEBOSH Diploma & IEMA Certification - Knowledge of ISO Management System ISO 14001 and 45001 is advantageous - Proven track record of delivering HSE improvements and working within a HSE function at a manufacturing site - Drive, personality and resilience are key to this role - Understanding of safety culture development Vacancy Reference: PR/027117 Vacancy Owner: Ryan Binnee | ryan.binnee@shirleyparsons.com | (+44) 1296 326383 | (+44) 7525 277330

Environment & Carbon Specialist UK Wide - Remote with limited travel12 Month FTC£40,000 + benefitsWe are working with a leading logistics organisation who have an opportunity for a Sustainability professional to join on a 12 -month FTC.The Environment & Carbon Specialist will be responsible for: Manage and facilitate the delivery of LR's carbon reduction and transition plan, working with internal stakeholders and external consultancies to track progress, get buy-in for reduction projects and resubmitting our Science Based Target.Co-ordinating carbon accounting, forecasting, carbon reduction projects and net zero pathways.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive carbon inventory, tracking emissions from all relevant sources within the organisation.Prepare the company's sustainability reporting efforts, including data collection, analysis, and reporting in accordance with UNGC, SECR, ESOS, TCFD, end of year reports and other relevant reporting frameworks The Environment & Carbon Specialist will have: Proven experience in data, analysis and reporting in carbon and sustainability.Passionate about helping to understand 'why', with analytical expertise, across large/multiple data sets and an ability to problem solve.Have a natural style that brings sustainability to life with confidence and strong story telling skills that influences and inspires change.Experience in managing external partners and ability to build trusted relationships.
