​​Shirley is a professional Health, Safety and Environmental Consultant and the Director / Co-founder of Shirley Parsons Professional Services a specialist Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) services group.

Shirley also co-founded both S-Com and Sypol with Paul Roebuck.

With degrees in Chemistry and Pollution & Environmental Control, Shirley is a Chartered Member of IOSH and was a member of the Nominations committee for six years.

Project HSE Adviser Bristol 12month FTC Up to £38,850 + benefits We have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a Project HSE Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term contract at their key site in Bristol which is having a large expansion and installation of new production lines. The Project HSE Adviser will lead on all matters of Health and Safety compliance ensuring the expansion project team is aligned with the business's HSE strategy.The successful Project HSE Adviser will focus on the completion of the expansion construction works and the commissioning of new equipment and processes. EHS Manager Bristol Permanent Up to £55,000 + benefits  We have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a EHS Manager at their site Bristol. The EHS Manager needs to be someone who has a hands-on approach and is keen on driving behavioural safety. The successful EHS Manager will be part of a team who are focused on transforming Health and Safety across the business, through managing change, developing procedures as well as promoting a safety-first culture.
