We have a contract opportunity for an Offshore Site Administrator/ Coordinator to support a global leader in the offshore wind market. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining the technical documentation at the site and on-board the Jack-Up vessel. The position will be based on the Jack-Up vessel on a 2:2 (week) rotation. 


Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Administrates and maintains the documentation at site.
  • Ensures the availability of the up to date documentation at site.
  • Manages, distributes and documents feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, headquarter, customers or other third parties).
  • Collects the "as-built" entries ("red-lining") and manages them.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have previous experience with offshore site coordination
  • Must have previous experience with offshore wind turbine installation projects
  • Valid GWO's & offshore medical including Chester Step
  • Must have the right to currently work in the UK
