In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the board, working strategically with senior stakeholders while ensuring a strong presence in the field. Your mission: to elevate HSE performance and establish the business as the 'best in class' within the industry.

The Role

• Shape and Execute: Develop and implement a comprehensive H&S program that drives safety across the organization.
• Influence and Lead: Engage and inspire key stakeholders to champion H&S excellence throughout the business.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and support for complex technical challenges, such as CDM risk management.
• Collaborate: Foster productive relationships with external partners, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrate leadership experience in high-risk, construction, engineeringenvironments, showcasing a track record of enhancing H&S performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders within complex organisational structures.
• Balanced Leadership: Possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise to guide the organisation to success.
• Qualifications: Hold the requisite qualifications, including the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
