A Health & Safety Advisor opportunity has arose to join their team cover projects in and around the area of Maidstone.
The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
Identifying workplace hazards and assess their risk level. Develop and implement control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Delivering health and safety training to employees, management, and other stakeholders, promoting best practices and encouraging a culture of safety.
Investigating accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
The Health & Safety Advisor will have:
Strong working relationship building across all levels of the organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve health and safety issues.
Excellent communication skills and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and contractors.
Hold a TechIOSH membership, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development in the field of occupational health and safety.
2+ years of experience in Construction Health & Safety, with a proven track record of successfully managing health and safety programs in the construction industry.
