As a Quality Manager at our client's Ammerzoden site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of products and services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a site-wide quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, including legal standards and customer expectations. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of sales, expense, and profitability targets established by the site management.
Develop and implement a site-specific quality strategy to secure customer certification, product quality, and process quality.
Create and maintain a site-wide quality management system (ISO based).
Review customer requirements and ensure they are met.
Lead, support, and participate in quality-related activities, including business improvement projects and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Collaborate with procurement to establish quality requirements for external suppliers and participate in supplier audits.
HBO/WO level of education in (technical) business administration, engineering, or quality.
3-5 years of experience in Quality Management (QC, QA) and continuous improvement within a production environment.
Knowledge and experience with quality systems (such as ISO 9001 or product/market specific systems) and quality audits.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification is a plus).
Experience in or a demonstrable affinity for a managerial role.
