The first stage of our process is to understand and define your need. We will meet with a minimum of 2 key stakeholders to discuss in detail and clearly understand your company culture, job specifications and requirements for the ideal candidate.
Supported by our professional research staff and using our Intelligence Network, we will map both candidates who are already known to us and candidates who fall outside these networks using both primary and secondary sources.
We use an extensive, multi-stage process to build our shortlists, including:
Exploratory telephone interviews with 40-70 candidates,
A joint internal evaluation to assess each candidate and select 10 candidates for further interviews.
A second interview phase to focus on their technical skills, influencing skills, leadership style, values, motivations and cultural fit.
We manage the assessment of each shortlisted candidate using our unique MAPP personality and aspiration tool and/or any other testing and assessment tools you may need, and we incorporate the results into the decision-making process.
The final stage of our search process is managing the listing and onboarding process. We advise you on the motivations of your selected candidate, so you know what to include in your offer. This way, there is a very high chance of acceptance once the offer is submitted.
